Transparency is a product feature here. These documents govern every Passline purchase — the checkout agreement is a short-form summary of them, versioned and recorded per purchase.
Risk disclosure
Nature of the service. Passline is a done-for-you evaluation service. When you buy a program, our own traders attempt a proprietary-trading evaluation operated by an external third-party provider on your behalf. You do not trade, hold credentials, or direct trading activity at any point.
Your money is at risk.Program fees pay for an attempt, never an outcome. Evaluations can be failed and funded accounts can be breached; in either case the fee is not refundable except where a payout refund applies (see payout & refund policy). You could lose every fee you pay. Only spend money you can afford to lose completely.
Provider anonymity and finality. The underlying provider's identity is confidential and never disclosed. Every determination the provider makes — pass/fail results, breach findings, payout approvals, terminations — is final and binding on Passline and on you. Passline relays these determinations with the figures available to us but cannot override, appeal, or reverse them.
Performance limitations. Hypothetical and simulated performance results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, do not represent actual trading in your name, and no representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown. Past performance of Passline's traders does not guarantee future results.
Not advice. Nothing on this platform is investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product, cryptocurrency, or derivative. Consult independent financial, legal, and tax advisors before making decisions.
Terms of service
1. The service.Passline provides: (a) program listings mirroring the rule sets of third-party evaluations; (b) a done-for-you attempt at those evaluations by Passline's traders; (c) a tracking dashboard with rule monitors, relayed provider events, and a transactions ledger; and (d) per-order support tickets.
2. Accounts. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.
3. Purchases and payments. Orders are created from the catalog and paid by arrangement in your order ticket (crypto or bank transfer). A purchase becomes active only after our team confirms receipt. Prices are one-time, per attempt, and shown before checkout.
4. Agreement versioning. Each purchase records the version of the service & risk acknowledgment you accepted and the time of acceptance. If the agreement changes materially, the new version is published before it applies, and it applies to purchases made after publication.
5. Conduct. You may not attempt to contact, identify, or circumvent the underlying provider; interfere with the platform; or misuse support channels. Breach of these terms may terminate your access without refund of fees for attempts already consumed.
6. Configurable terms.Program rule sets, fee amounts, split percentages, and payout cadences are platform settings that may change between purchases. The terms locked to an active purchase are those shown on its dashboard and do not change retroactively except where the underlying provider changes its own terms — in which case the provider's terms prevail and the change is relayed to you.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.
Payout & refund policy
Splits.Withdrawals from a funded account are shared per the published model: 50/50 between you and Passline until your cumulative withdrawals in a pursuit reach the total fees paid across every linked attempt, then the configured long-term share (currently 12% to you, inside the published 10–15% band) for the remainder of that funded account's life. Every payout shows the exact figures used.
Cadence and review.Payout eligibility follows the program's cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) and any funded-stage minimums. Requests are submitted from your dashboard; a short review window may apply, during which trading may pause. Payout timing ultimately depends on the underlying provider's own schedule, and the provider's approval is final.
Methods. Payouts are made in USDT or by bank transfer, per your request.
Fee refunds. Passline does not operate a separate fee-refund benefit. Program fees are returned to you through the fee-recovery stage described above, in which you receive 50% of every withdrawal until your cumulative payouts equal the total fees paid in that pursuit. Fees for failed attempts are not separately refundable. Duplicate or erroneous payments confirmed by our team are returned in full.
Privacy & data
What we store. Your registration details, purchases and their state history, agreement acceptances (version and timestamp), order-ticket messages, transactions, and dashboard telemetry. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
What we never expose. The underlying provider's identity, real account credentials, and internal assignment details are never serialized to users. Payment instructions and proofs live only inside your order ticket, visible to you and our operations team.
Security. Passwords are salted and hashed (scrypt). Sessions use signed, httpOnly cookies. Money-relevant admin actions are written to an audit log. Sensitive configuration is stored server-side only.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where required to operate the service (for example, payment processing) or where required by law.
Your controls. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data through any order ticket. Records tied to completed financial activity may be retained as required for accounting and dispute purposes.
