The service

The service

What exactly is Passline?

A done-for-you evaluation service. You buy a program (an account size + route); our own traders then attempt a real third-party prop-firm evaluation on your behalf. If it passes and gets funded, you share in the withdrawals — without ever placing a trade yourself.

Do I trade anything myself?

Never. You get complete visibility through your dashboard — live rule monitors, evidence trails, relayed provider decisions — but you never receive terminal access and never direct any trade.

Who is the prop firm behind my program?

That is never disclosed — no name, logo, domain, or identifying detail, ever. Programs mirror the underlying provider's rules exactly. Every determination the provider makes (pass/fail, breach, payout approval, termination) is final and binding on Passline and on you. We relay each one with the figures behind it.

Is this the same as buying a prop-firm challenge myself?

No. Prop firms sell you an evaluation that you trade. We sell the outcome of our trading: the attempt, the monitoring, and a share of withdrawals. Our differentiators are visibility (every number with its evidence) and the fee-recovery economics published in full.

Can I have several programs at once?

Yes. Each purchase has its own monitor, ledger, and order ticket. Purchases at the same program and size can be linked into one pursuit so all their fees stack toward recovery.

Rules & limits

Rules & limits

What is the maximum daily loss?

A percentage (e.g. 3% or 5%) measured from a snapshot taken at a fixed daily reset time — shown per program with its timezone. From that snapshot the account may not lose more than the limit before the next reset. Your dashboard shows usage as a percentage and in currency.

Static vs trailing maximum loss — what's the difference?

Static limits are anchored to the starting balance and never move ($100K at 10% → the floor is always $90K). Trailing limits follow the highest equity reached; on our programs the trail locks at the starting balance once reached, so profit beyond that grows your cushion. The dashboard always shows the current floor in currency.

Is there a time limit to complete a phase?

No. None of the programs we currently run impose a deadline per phase — progress is tracked for as long as it takes.

What is the consistency rule?

None of the programs we currently run impose a consistency rule, in either the evaluation or the funded stage. If we add a program that does, the exact percentage and the stages it applies to are published on that program's page before you buy.

What are minimum trading days?

Where required, a day counts when at least one trade is opened. Evaluation phases may carry a per-phase minimum, and the instant route carries a funded-stage minimum before the first payout. Your dashboard tracks the count.

Money, splits & fee recovery

Money, splits & fee recovery

How exactly does fee recovery work?

Linked attempts at the same program form a pursuit. The pursuit's fee base is the sum of every fee paid across all its purchases — failed ones included. While your cumulative withdrawals are below that fee base you receive 50% of each withdrawal; the moment they reach it, your share of subsequent withdrawals moves to the long-term rate (currently 12%, inside the published 10–15% band). A payout can straddle the threshold — both legs of the math are shown.

Worked example?

Three $100 attempts (two fail, the third funds) → fee base $300. Withdrawal #1 of $400 pays you $200 ($200/$300 recovered). Withdrawal #2 of $400 pays you $100 on the first $200 (now fully recovered) plus $24 on the remaining $200 at 12% = $124. Every later withdrawal pays you 12%.

What fees do I pay?

One fee per attempt — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Fees scale with account size and route: the 2-Step route is priced lower, the instant route higher, per size.

Is my fee ever refunded?

Not as a separate refund. Your fees come back through the 50/50 fee-recovery stage: you keep 50% of every withdrawal until your cumulative payouts cover every fee paid in that pursuit, failed attempts included. A further refund on top would pay the same money twice. Failed attempts are not separately refunded — a fee pays for an attempt, never an outcome.

Payouts

Payouts

How do I request a payout?

From your dashboard, once the program's payout conditions are met (cadence weekly or bi-weekly by route, plus any funded-stage minimums). A short review window may apply during which trading can pause — standard across the industry.

How am I paid?

In USDT (crypto) or by bank transfer — you choose per request.

How fast are payouts processed?

Requests are reviewed by our team and by the underlying provider. Timing depends on the provider's own payout schedule for that program; your dashboard shows each request's state and the relayed updates as they arrive.

Risk & legal

Risk & legal

What could I lose?

Your program fee, in full, if every attempt fails. Trading involves substantial risk of loss — evaluations fail and funded accounts get breached. Only spend what you can afford to lose completely.

Do you guarantee a pass or a payout?

No, and no honest operator could. A fee pays for an attempt and full visibility — never an outcome. Past performance of our traders does not guarantee future results.

Is Passline a broker or investment advisor?

No. Passline is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment advisor, or asset manager, and nothing on the platform is investment advice or a solicitation to trade.

Where are the legal documents?

The risk disclosure, terms of service, payout & refund policy, and privacy notice are on the legal page, linked in the footer. The service & risk acknowledgment you accept at checkout is versioned, and your acceptance (version + time) is recorded against each purchase.
